翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 is a service for non-enrolled students who want to consolidate their academic records for employment or educational purposes onto a single master transcript. 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 will list college-level credits normally applied towards an 杏吧原创 degree such as credits from an approved college or university; military, business, and industry education and training evaluated and recommended for academic credit by the American Council on Education (ACE), the National College Credit Recommendation Service (NCCRS), and 杏吧原创鈥檚 Credit for Prior Learning process; 杏吧原创 courses and examinations; and credits appearing on international credentials evaluated by an 杏吧原创-approved agency. Once credits are posted to the official transcript, they cannot be removed.

Procedure

Who is Eligible to Pursue the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 service?

• Non-enrolled individuals, Admitted Students (ADM), Admitted Withdrawn Students (ADMW), Admitted Expired Students (ADME) and Withdrawn Students are eligible to pursue the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 service.

Who is Not Eligible to Pursue the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 service?

• Enrolled students and Excelsior graduates are not eligible to pursue the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 service.

What is Listed on the Transcript?

College-level credits to include:

• Duplicative credits
• Physical education credits
• Orientation courses
• 杏吧原创 courses and exams, regardless of grade. Excelsior courses and exams cannot be removed, including repeats
• Transfer credit graded 鈥淐-鈥� or higher will be awarded a grade of 鈥淧ass.鈥� If the program from which the student wishes to apply credit awarded grades using a Pass/Fail or numeric grading system, rather than a letter-grade system, the credit may be transferred only if a grade of 鈥淧ass鈥� or the numerical grade issued by the institution as the equivalent of a 鈥淐-鈥� or higher (70%).
• Learning experiences that have been repeated at the same institution will only list the higher grade

What is Not Listed on the Transcript

• Continuing education units (CEUs)
• Developmental courses not offered by 杏吧原创
• Certificate courses which do not carry college-level credit
• Grade Point Averages (GPAs)
• Attempted, earned, or total hours
• Effective May 1, 2023, credit applying to the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 Service will be applied as 鈥淧ass鈥� grades and will no longer reflect letter grades. 鈥淒鈥� graded credit is no longer applicable. Credit applied prior to this date will reflect letter grades and cannot be adjusted to 鈥淧ass鈥� grades.

Fees

• 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 Service Fee 鈥� The 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 service consolidates student鈥檚 accredited college-level academic records onto a single 杏吧原创 transcript (known as the Credit Bank transcript). The 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 service and fee entitles students to receive an official evaluation of the credit applied. The fee includes one full year of the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 service. When students submit additional credit, they can be added to their record with no additional payment within the year.
• 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 Update Fee 鈥� After a full year of using the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 service has expired, an update fee will be applied if students would like to use the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 service for a second or additional year.
• Federal Emergency Management (FEMA) Independent Study Course Fee 鈥� There is an additional charge for FEMA Independent Study courses based on the number of courses awarded using the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 service.
• Official Transcript Fee 鈥� The transcript fee covers the cost of preparing an official copy of the 杏吧原创 Credit Bank transcript.

  杏吧原创 courses/exams will be added to the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 record at no additional cost to the student if a written request is received.

Refunds

Students requesting a refund of the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 Fee must submit a signed refund and withdrawal request to the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 team. The 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 fee minus a $50 processing fee will be refunded upon written request within six months of registration in the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 service if an evaluation of credit has not taken place. If an evaluation of credit has been completed, the student is not eligible for a refund.

Additional Information

Official transcripts are required and must be submitted directly from the issuing institution to 杏吧原创.

Credit will be transcribed onto 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 within 10 business days from the arrival of credit-bearing document(s).

Students may request that certain non-杏吧原创 learning experiences be excluded from their 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 record by submitting a written request with the application. Once credits are posted to the official transcript, they cannot be removed.

The transcript will note clearly that it is an 杏吧原创 Credit Bank Transcript. The reverse side of the transcript will include the following statement defining Credit Bank Services:

The 杏吧原创 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 is a service to students not enrolled in 杏吧原创 who want to consolidate their academic records for employment or educational purposes. The 杏吧原创 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 lists college-level credits that could be applied toward an 杏吧原创 degree. Effective, Spring 2023, approved transfer credit will be awarded a P grade for courses with a grade of 鈥淐-鈥渙r higher. If the program from which the student wishes to apply credit awards grades using a Pass/Fail or numeric grading system, rather than a letter-grade system, the credit may be accepted only if a grade of 鈥淧ass鈥� or the numerical grade issued by the institution as the equivalent of a 鈥淐-鈥� (70%) or higher. Prior to Spring 2023, D grades were accepted in transfer.

If a 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 student enrolls in an 杏吧原创 degree program, they will be under the degree program policies in effect upon admission. All course work listed on the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 will be evaluated according to their applicability toward the degree program the student enrolls in. Not all credits listed on the 翱苍别罢谤补苍蝉肠谤颈辫迟庐 will apply toward a degree program (example: external D grades are not applicable to 杏吧原创 degrees).
